The Fall 2018 Edit

There is so much happening this season and the best part is that, while directional, all of these trends are extremely wearable. We’ve chosen the very best with The September woman in mind…

It’s time to rethink the cowboy boot. The new variation takes the classic Western style and infuses it with fashionable finishes – think unexpected colours, looser silhouettes and feminine embellishments. One of our standouts is the Casey boot – it subtly captures the vibe and feels equestrian chic.

Rich reds and burgundies are familiar fall hues but this season they’re kicked up in brighter takes on the classic. They feel more electric and intense, as seen in these booties and pumps. The best part? Choosing from a palette that ranges from soft and saturated to deeply dramatic.

The fabulous mid-heel trend is a favourite at The September offices – probably because we are on our feet all day! Last season saw the return of the kitten heel, and this fall carries over the look with more stylish mid-heels. Options abound from ankle booties to over the knee. We have a soft spot for the slingback.

Strong and dynamic, the new boot silhouette is ready for anything. We love the higher heel, as well as the fresh take on desert-chic. Opt for classic black or, for an on-season variation, try military greens and earthy browns.

Take a heel – which we all love – then make it even more compelling with sculptural details. That’s exactly what designers have done for fall and we can’t enough of it. Super easy to wear, they are an instant update to classics and a directional addition to runway trends.
