The September’s mission is to offer an incomparable online edit of women’s designer shoes and accessories coupled with an exceptional shopping experience. We do this in many ways including:

  • Free deliveries and returns
  • No duty for deliveries in Canada
  • White-glove service and assistance
  • Beautifully hand-wrapped packaging

Our Personal Shoppers are an extension of our white-glove service.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Establish new customers and introduce existing clientele to The September
  • Offer product and style expertise to satisfy the customer’s needs
  • Consistently deliver The September’s commitment to excellence
  • Exceed all sales and service goals
  • Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients
  • Provide on and off-site selling and service to clients
  • Communicate regularly with customers through phone, mail and electronic methods regarding The September events, promotions, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, special occasions, etc.
  • Network within the community to raise the profile of The September

The ideal candidate:

  • Is fluent in Mandarin is a plus
  • Exceeds sales targets
  • Has an established affluent customer base
  • Is confident with wardrobe and styling techniques
  • Establishes customer relationships which translate into sales
  • Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated
  • Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Able to work a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the customer
  • Minimum of five or more years experience in a commission sales environment
